assignment D-BACKS Win back to back games to open the season
Monday 8:30PM July 12th, 2021
much the same as the first game the Durham Diamondbacks overpower a beaten up Dodgers team.
While short stop Steve Oliveira is used to throwing double plays I don't think he is as used to hitting into them, Oliveira's better half sitting in the stands was not happy and may or may not have yelled at him on the oh so long car ride home.
The really strange almost eerie feeling during the game, was long time diamondbacks catcher Graham Crouse was not chanting baseball sucks. was he finally learning to love the game? not to mention he went 6 for 7 for an impressive 2 game AVG of .857
