assignment D-BACKS WIN Game 1 of Finals
Monday 7:00PM October 3rd, 2022
In the most unlikely outcome The Durham Diamondbacks and Velocity face off in the CSP finals.
While the Game started at 7pm the crowd gathered early as fans filled the stands. The fans mostly cheering for the Huge Underdogs "Velocity" likely mothers and fathers of the young team, and of course members from The Admirals as the Dbacks wives club chased away Mike McDreamy.
The D-backs up to this point have had there most successful season on record but yet still struggled in the early innings of many games and this game would be no different.
Velocity came out swinging early and often, taking extra bases every chance they had, It didn't take long for the Diamondbacks to fall behind.... Again
After the first two inning the D-backs were behind 10-4, This team is used to dramatic comebacks. in the next couple innings the momentum changed and the Diamondbacks were able to tie up the ball game going into the fifth inning.
The final three innings the Diamondbacks outscored Velocity 10-2 and won game #1 25-17.
