Fresh off winning their season opener the Diamondbacks did not let off the gas, Giving ZynBombwe's a warm welcome into the CSP league beating them 24-8.

The real story tonight was "no show" Joe. Unbelievable but true, Joe was able to make the first week and only an hour an twenty minutes late but just in time to see the Dbacks take the field for their second game of the night.







Karl "Gucci" Boyd Hit a deep bomb to centre field for his first home run of the season. South Paw Pitcher Jessey Thompson hit his 2nd in back to back games.

This brings the Durham Diamondbacks two steps closer to their goal of bringing the trophy home in back to back to back seasons.

The Diamondbacks played around with a 5 man infield and seemed to work well, this will be interesting to see as the season unfolds. A five man infield is something that rival team Banana slugs executed well most of last season.
